Ask God for mercy and relief from sorrow and anxiety.
Historical edition. Historical claims and instructions are preserved as historical context.
Lord God Almighty, from whom cometh all our help! Thou hast said, “Call upon Me in the day of trouble.” In accordance with Thy command I cry to Thee, and say: Lord, help me. Lord have mercy upon me. Take away the sorrow and anxiety of my soul. Grant me what I hope, give me what I ask. Lord, it lies in Thy hands.
