For the Church
O LORD, we beseech Thee to visit with Thy grace and heavenly benediction Thy Church in this land. Give to the bishops, pastors, and ministers, wisdom, and holiness, and unwearied zeal for souls. Forgive the sins of Thy people, and bestow upon us the increase of faith, hope, and love. Grant us to be all of one mind, and one heart, that we may diligently do Thy will, and show forth Thy glory before the world; through Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. Amen.
