For Pastors and their Work
WE beseech Thee, O Lord, for special blessing this day on all Thy servants who to-morrow shall minister in Thy word and ordinances. Bless all who, anywhere, are called to any pastoral work for Christ. Prepare them to-day for their preaching and teaching of Thy holy word on the morrow, by sending to them the fulness of Thy light and truth and peace; through our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
