For Our Absent Ones
O GOD, merciful and gracious, Who art everywhere present, we beseech Thee to have in Thy keeping the absent members of our family and household, and all who desire our prayers. Let the hand of Thy blessing be upon them day and night; sanctify them throughout, in their bodies, souls, and spirits; keep them unblamable to the coming of the Lord Jesus, and make them and us to dwell for ever in Thy favour, in the light of Thy countenance, and in Thy glory; for Jesus Christ’s sake. Amen.
