For Missionaries and their Needs

For Missionaries and their Needs

O HOLY Ghost, Who in diversities of gifts art the same Spirit, and dividest to every man severally as Thou wilt, we thank Thee for the many members in the one Body of Christ in which Thou art working. We pray for the Societies and Missions of our own Country and Colonies, as well as of other lands and other Churches, which are making known the salvation of God throughout the world. Grant that as the Lord appointed disciples and sent them before His face, so these also may go forth whither He Himself will come. May all their need be supplied according to the riches in glory by Christ Jesus. May they consider one another to provoke unto love and good works, and when the harvest shall come may sowers and reapers rejoice together in the Kingdom of God; through the mercy and might of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
