For Charity between Class and Class
WE pray Thee, O Lord, for all states and orders of men in our country; for those who bear rule and office, for all who have voice in elections, for all whom Thou hast entrusted with wealth, for the middle classes, and for the multitudes of the poor. Let Thy good Spirit stir up men in ever greater numbers, to seek their neighbours’ good, and to do the will of God in truth and love, to Thy glory and the blessing of our land; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
