For a Fuller Comprehension of God’s Word
ALMIGHTY and most merciful Father, Whose Word is a lantern unto our feet and a light unto our steps, we most humbly beseech Thee to illuminate our minds, that we may understand the mysteries contained in Thy Holy Law, and be virtuously transformed, so that of no part we offend Thy Divine Majesty; through Jesus Christ our Saviour. Amen.
