A Daily Prayer
O LORD, Thou lover of souls, we beseech Thee to give courage to Thy soldiers, wisdom to the perplexed, endurance to sufferers, fresh vigour and interest in life to those who have lost heart, a sense of Thy Presence to the lonely, comfort to the dying, and a clear vision of Thy truth to those who are seeking Thee; for the sake of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
